Nora Rubinoff - Prior to the chartering of the business at the end of 2001, Nora regularly freelanced following retirement from James River Corporation as a communications and systems infrastructure specialist in 1993. AYS is chartered as an LLC, and the business portion of our home office is zoned with West Chester Township for our practice. Our configuration includes high speed internet, multiple Windows, Macintosh and Linux-based systems. We incorporate LAN/WAN and wireless technologies. We have seven phone lines in place to serve our clientele and offer local and 800 service for voice and facsimile. We offer the latest in software and hardware technology and are able to work on a variety of operating system platforms.

Nora is certified as a Master Virtual Assistant and a graduate of Virtual Assistant University, an online school for educating VAs. VA education is not about how to run a word processor or create a web site; it is about how to successfully launch and operate a compelling practice, operate a virtual business and attract clientele.

AYS principal Nora Rubinoff is the recipient of the Karen S. House Award for Regional Collaboration and Leadership, the Member of the Year Award from the West Chester Chamber Alliance, and the Women of Excellence Award. Nora has been an instructor at the Cincinnati Reform Jewish High School (CRJHS). She is a past member of the board of directors for IVAA, past member of the CRJHS board, a member of the Lakota Community Advisory Board and the West Chester Medical Center Advisory Board.

Nora is involved in local as well as international professional organizations, including the Midwest Business Services Network (MBSN) and the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA).

At Your Service Cincinnati, Ltd. supports the community by donating time and money to the Lakota Local School district, where we actively support the Lakota West Band program. Nora is past leader of the GGG diversity group at Shawnee and is a past PTA president. Nora is a past representative to the Lakota Local Schools District Parent Council.

Nora is a graduate of the Phillips Leadership Institute, sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati. At Your Service Cincinnati, Ltd. donates time and money to local no-kill animal shelters.
